Invoices must be issued, sent and received in a structured electronic format based on the European standard EN 16931, in either UBL 2.1 or UN/CEFACT CII syntax. A PDF on its own is not a compliant e-invoice — it must be a machine-readable structured file. Fitek can convert and exchange invoices in the required formats.
